Meet Courtney, the creator of Coslux

Courtney is a Registered Nurse with experience in both hospital and cosmetic clinical healthcare settings. She provides evidence-based non-surgical aesthetic treatments with a strong focus on ethical practice, safety, and individualised care.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree, obtained in 2022. From the beginning, her goal and passion has been to work in the cosmetic industry, with a strong desire to one day open her own clinic. Her love for aesthetics, attention to detail, and interest in facial anatomy were key motivators behind her decision to pursue a nursing career, specifically to build a foundation for safety, regulated, and ethical practice in cosmetic medicine.

Following graduation, she gained two years of clinical experience in the secure mental health unit at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH), where she developed strong clinical judgment, emotional resilience, and patient-centred care skills. During this time, she also gained experience in cosmetic clinics and commenced formal postgraduate studies in cosmetic medicine through a diploma program.

Courtney is a mother of two and understands the importance of professional, respectful care tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.
